Get ready to celebrate a true, British hero. ZED25 is the official 25th anniversary event for the MG ZR, ZS, and ZT, taking place from 3rd–5th July 2026.
Marking 25 years since the launch of the MG Z cars, this special weekend will bring together owners, enthusiasts, and experts from across the UK and beyond to honour the cars that defined a generation of MG performance.
Whether you drive a ZR, ZS, ZT, or simply love the MG Rover brand, ZED25 promises to be an unforgettable celebration of British design, community, and passion.

2026 sees the MG ZR, ZS & ZT range achieve a milestone in its fascinating history; one of ingenuity, survival and market success.
To give these fine cars an anniversary fitting for a range of their caliber, ZED25 always set out to be something different, something truly memorable and relevant to the range’s history.
So, for ZED25, we’re going back to where for many, the love affair all began, South Wales. It was here, in July 2001, the newly formed MG Rover Group launched the ZR, ZS and ZT to the press and dealer network.
Using the same venues and even routes as those driven 25 years ago, ZED25 will take participants through some of the best driving routes, and events at historically-significant venues, where you’ll get to hear from those involved in the design, build and launch of the cars!
ZED25 will begin on Friday 3rd July 2026, at St David’s Hotel in Cardiff, both our base for the weekend, as it was for the launch. We’ll wrap the weekend up in the Brecon Beacons on Sunday 5th.
ZED25 is a not-for-profit event, with all revenues generated, invested into the event.
